This is my first holiday season with Phonak, and I have experienced a great first year getting to know the Phonak team in Warrenville, Illinois, our HQ team in Stäfa, Switzerland, and our hearing care professionals throughout the U.S. I’m so proud to be part of a dedicated and passionate team who cares about the future of our industry, the success of your business and improving the lives of your patients.
In particular, the marketing team is working tirelessly to bring innovative products, new support tools and additional resources to help make your job easier and to truly improve the lives of your patients.
We are in the planning season at Phonak, and one of our strategic pillars is: We are in this together. Our priorities are sharply focused on delivering success for you and your patients — and when we focus on that, our own success is an outcome.
This past year your Phonak marketing team executed a variety of successful marketing efforts for you. Our public relations campaigns brought awareness to the public about our high-quality products, like the NewsWatch coverage that showcased Audéo B-Direct’s direct connectivity to any smartphone.
We have also delivered some new tools to help you reach out to patients and prospects. For example, the new online Warranty Expiration Report gives you a reason to reach out to patients with expiring warranties to either extend or to purchase a new hearing aid.
Many hearing care professionals have asked for a customizable, broadcast-ready television commercial and a digital format for their websites and social media to communicate to patients that Audéo B-Direct hearing aids are the only direct-connect solution for all Bluetooth-enabled cell phones. The brand-new “Seamless” TV commercial and digital format are now ready for you to use.
We have and will continue to seek counsel from our trusted customer advisors on new developments. We have connected with our hearing care professionals to learn more from the experts through our Technology Advisory Panel in November and our Lyric Premier meeting earlier this month. So don’t be surprised if we tap you on the shoulder for a pilot program or to test new marketing materials.
